Terms and Conditions

On receipt of Payment, we will ship the watch to you with insured delivery.

At the moment we accept the following payment methods:

• You are welcome to collect your watch from our offices.
• Cheque (Business or personal, we will dispatch goods on clearance of payment  (usually 10 working days)
• Bankers Draft - Bank Transfer
• International Money Order (we will dispatch watch on clearance of funds)
• Western union Money Order (please contact us for details)

All watches remain the property of vintageheuer.com until payment is received. We offer a 3 month Guarantee on all watches to cover against the mechanics of the watch. If you are unhappy with any purchase for any reason we will be happy to refund your payment, less postage.

The watch must be returned in the condition it was sent. Please contact us or telephone us within 3 working days if you wish to return your purchase.

Watches are used watches, consequently they may have wear marks, in accordance with the normal wear and tear of its age. Faulty items (Dead on Arrival) are to be returned within 5 working days of delivery. If the watch is found to be not as described please contact us immediately.

All our watches have been fully serviced before being offered for sale. We are happy to provide more detailed images of watches if required, please contact us.
