Panerai Luminor Marina Power Reserve PAM00241

Since 1860 Panerai have built their reputation on continuous innovation and unique craftmanship. Giovanni Panerai was a visionary; in 1860 he was the first to apply Radiomir to dials to give them their luminosity- a substance which revolutionised the watchmaking industry. 158 years later Panerai continue to evolve through the release of iconic and highly functional timepieces, considered by many as essential diving instruments.
Considerable craftmanship is evidenced through each unique element of this PAM00241 model’s design. Designed to be operated below sea level, the hermetically sealed winding crown allows for a water-resistance of up to 300m. Additionally this watch’s black alligator strap can be substituted for a secondary rubber strap for underwater use.
While the Luminor series is famous for its mechanical prowess, the aesthetic appeal of these watches is hard to ignore. Measuring at a 40mm diameter and 15mm thickness, this watch has a commanding presence on the wrist. Its combination of black and steel is rich, timeless and compatible with any attire. Meanwhile the strong and vivid luminosity of the numerals, hands and indices stands against a textured dial for a refined look.
In great condition, this watch is powered by a precise automatic movement with a 42 hour power reserve. This PAM00241 reference comes alongside a full set of additional provenance, including: inner and outer packaging, strap removal utensils, secondary rubber strap and case, hang tag, original bill of sale, booklets and guarantee dated 20/12/07.
