Produced exclusively for the German market in the 1980s, this intriguing and sought after version of the legendary Omega Speedmaster was a rare and exciting find. This model from 1987 incorporates a steel and gold plated design, with the highly desirable black dial providing a luscious contrast. These watches never appeared on the UK market therefore only small numbers remain in circulation. This example was bought in Oman and remains in superb condition, accompanied by the watch’s original guarantee booklet showing a purchase date of 03/12/87. This fabulous watch is a great example of one of the lesser known releases in the Speedmaster’s historic legacy and would certainly stand out in any collection.
