The reference 105 003 is highly sought after as it was only made for a very short period. This fine example has the original dial, bezel and hands etc. To find one with original papers is very rare indeed, it shows the watch was sold on 31/8/65. The case back bears an engraving which links the paperwork and watch perfectly. Service paperwork by renowned Omega specialist Simon Freese shows the work is still under guarantee.

The nickname 'Ed White' is given to this model because it was the reference worn by the astronaut during the first spacewalk in 1965. The Speedmaster was soon upgraded and had the name professional added to the dial; modifications included a change of movement calibre. The Ed White has the much sought after Omega CAL 321. A very special collectable watch.
